Van Dickson Ranch Wedding

I couldn't think of a better way to culminate a trip through Arizona.

It was a beautiful, clear, and ever so slightly breezy day at the end of May. Nestled inside the Bradshaw Mountains lies the small town of Skull Valley, Arizona, a lush valley sprinkled with ranches and surrounded by rolling hills of manzanita, mesquite, and oak trees.  It was here, or more specifically the Van Dickson Ranch, where Jane and Peyton's friends and family congregated to celebrate their wedding.

Having the opportunity to be a part of Jane and Peyton's special day was truly an honor. From their heartfelt vows to their expressions when looking at one another during our portrait session, it was easy to see that there's a special relationship between these two.

They say home is where the heart is.

Going back as far as I can remember, Novato has been home, and with it comes great memories and even better people.  Nikki is one of those wonderful people I had gotten to know, dating back to the days of Hill Middle School, so I was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph her wedding, at a hidden gem in Novato (who knew there was a winery in Novato?) no less.

When I had the opportunity to meet Jake, I quickly realized they couldn't be a better fit.  Together these two are a fun, lovable, and goofy couple with a passionate and genuine love for one another.

The venue was great, the details were splendid, the wedding was beautiful, the couple is amazing, and the party was off the hook.  Don't believe me? Take a look for yourself...
